Gator,Green Onion Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya

A Co-worker gave me a Pack of Gator and Pork Sausage.His Mom lives in La.And brought some with her on a visit.So I made Jambalaya with my Green Onion Sausage,Chicken and the Gator and Pork.First time having Gator,Not a fan would not buy this Sausage.Might taste better cooked differentThanks for looking.Sorry bout the Rich Pics

well heck... i would give it a shot, never had gator up here but if i had some i would try it out. nothing like a big pot a Jambalaya. even us northern folk got that figgered out eh! nice to see your sausage used in a dish, and with the gator makes it a bit different!

The gator sausage I've had was real good with peppers and onions.
