OMG if you do find a recipe my wife is gonna chit 'em. She loves the stuff. We go through about a bottle a week. And not the small bottles either, I think they're like 16 or 18 oz.

Here's one I use on my Thai sweet-hot wings Fish....it gets good reviews

      Sweet and Hot Thai Wings

I was trying to come up with something different for a super bowl pot luck party, and wanting to avoid the traditional Buffalo wings, this is what I came up with.
They are only a little bit hot...don't be afraid of them, even if you have a wimpy pallet. Very simple, and oh, sooooo good!

      ***24 chicken wing drummettes
***1/3 cup thai sweet chili sauce
      ***2 tbsp sriracha sauce
      ***2 tb soy sauce
      ***1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
      ***2 tsp sesame oil
***1 tbsp Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
      ***Vegetable oil
      ***Kosher salt
      ***Fresh ground black pepper

      Heat oven to 400 °F

In a large non reactive bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, ginger, Sriracha, soy sauce, Worcestershire and sesame oil.
Toss the wings in vegetable oil until lightly coated, and place on an oiled sheet pan.
Season wings with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn wings, then turn pan end for end and return to oven..bake another 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, toss in sauce until well-coated, then return to oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven, plate and drizzle with remaining sauce. Get yours first..they won't last long.

Are you looking a recipe to make the chili sauce? If so, this combo of ingredients seem to be the most common when I did a google search.

I have made this recipe before Scott and I really like it. I used coconut oil. Good stuff.
