  • Decided to make italian sausage turkey meatballs

My wife brought home a 3lb tube of ground, more like pulverized, turkey ...I hated the consistency and will NOT by it again ....Anyway I used 4.5 tablespoons of Italian sausage seasoning, 2 eggs and some bread crumbs, let sit in the fridge for the rest of the day then browned in 2 pans, after browning I placed them in a dish, covered 'em with pasta sauce and cheese and into the oven till bubbly and browned. Meatballs were placed (cept mine) on whole wheat noodles... I had the left overs today with the noodles and it was very good ...I'm fighting the high blood sugar gig Hence the whole wheat

Side dishes were sauteed assparegrass and a garden salad with blue cheese dressing.

This dish is a repeat for me for sure

As always Thanks for looking at my dish........And not the paper plate: lol:

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
