  • Smoked Perogies?

The wife made a batch of perogies from scratch last weekend. Thought I'd cook some up tonight with caramelized onions and double smoked bacon. Has anyone tried to put a light smoke on perogies themselves?

Nope, just butter and onions in a CI skillet. What more do you need? LOL.

With all the butter on the dough, they'd probably take some smoke pretty easily......
