The rehearsal supper for brothers wedding was Friday night at a grill & pub. I wasn't expecting anything fancy, boy was I wrong. We had 6 choices for dinner I decided on this chicken. I was expecting a roasted breast. Nope it was half a chicken served on Yukon potatoes, mushrooms, asparagus, and maybe something else. With a nice sauce that I couldn't pin point a key ingredient, thinking a white wine
I'm not a big chicken guy but this was simply one of the best meals I've ever had. Doing some looking I could only find 1 recipe for this.
