Made a stir-fry out of sliced sirloin steak, carrots, mushrooms, onions, bok choy, and broccoli.
Marinated the beef in sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, and Tatonka Dust. After about 3 hours in marinade, they were stir fried and then removed from the wok. The veggies were stir fried until nearly done. The beef was put back into the wok and the sauce was added.
The sauce was chicken stock and some marinade I had reserved plus a little more Tatonka Dust and corn starch for thickening. The Tatonka Dust really changed this dish. It fit in very well with the Asian flavors it was paired with.
The only problem was I used not enough corn starch so the sauce was a little thin, but the flavors were great!
