So this is one of my childhood favorites. Pretty easy too!!
So get your self a nice Smoked Kielbasa

Slice up and add to some EVOO

Get nice and browned up, add onion, till soft, then add garlic. Saute until garlic gets a bit of color.

Add an 8 oz can of petite diced tomatoes with juice. De-glaze pan and scrape off all the yumm yumms!! bring to boil to start breaking tomatoes down.

Then add 28 oz can of puree and a 1/3 can of water. Add fresh basil a pinch of salt, stir in and simmer for 2 hours, with cracked lid so water can evaporate. Let rest a few hours if you can, makes it even better.

Cook up some pasta, top with sauce, add a bit of grated cheese and you have a fine meal!!

Okay I'm no P3 but the Rainbow Knockout Rose has the most beautiful flowers in the spring!! I love the coral color they start out with. Figured I would share!

A bit closer

Thanks for looking!!
