  • Mongolian Beef Hatch Chile Stir Fry

Big Thanks to Smoke-Freak and Analog Girl for being kind enough to send me some of their awesome Hatch Chile powder. SO GOOD!

Mongolain Beef Tenderloin Hatch Chile Stir Fry

Followed the PF Chang copycat recipe for Mongolian Beef (which is awesome on its own) and added Hatch Chiles for flavor and some heat. Stir fried Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Asparagus, Onions, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Mushrooms.

First time cooking anything with Hatch Chile. Awesome flavor and perfect heat level.

Yeah cant beat the Hatch peppers. My sis was there last year when the harvest was going on and filled my needs as did Kyote a while back. He first got me hooked on them.

Nice looking dish, funny I just ran across that PF guys seasoning in a store this week. Nice work man.
