Grilled some Blue Cheese & Bacon burgers tonight and oven baked some of the Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Fast Food Fries. Personally, I think they were the best home baked fries I have had. Good consistency in length/size & only a couple of dark spots in aboot 3/4 of the bag I baked.
Directions say 450* for 9-12/14 minutes, can't remember. Checked after 9 mins, not done enough, another 3-4 mins they stayed in the oven. Not quite as crisp as I wanted, but darn close. Best baked fries I have had, and the quality & consistency was way better than the other stuff I have had/cooked through the years. Might have just been a great bag? Idunno? But will definitely be buying them again to see. Did grind some salt on them after baking, cause they needed it IMO. Butt really good for baked fries!
Have any of you air fryer gals/guys tried these?
