  • Lobster Ravioli....

The Mrs. works at CostCo and found lobster ravioli on sale. I don't know how much it was but it was fresh, not frozen. No sauce or anything, just the ravioli.

So, I googled lobster ravioli sauce recipes and found a very simple one with great reviews.

    8 tbl of unsalted butter
    1-2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp finely chopped fresh Sage

Boiled the ravioli for 4-5 minutes, made some garlic bread, shredded pharm, and holy hell was this ever a good meal. I'll certainly do it again.

    Thanks for looking.

We had the exact ones last night too! I generally do a cream sauce.

As always looks fantastic! Can't find them up here at our CostCo, I'd love to try them. Think I'll look for a recipe online. Great job Pete.

They have them as a special item at Aldi every once in a while. I found some stashed in our freezer a few weeks back.

Good stuff with a little alfreado type sauce.

You will have to take that up with Google management, https://www.google.com/search?q=lobs...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Seriously, I know what you're saying but then I think, what goes well with pasta, what goes well with lobster? I have to say, butter is right in there. It is really good though.
