What is the best way to calibrate a thermometer for a UDS? It is a Tel-Tru. Thanks

Well mixed ice water will be 32± a degree or so, and boiling water will be 212± your elevation.

Thanks my friend for such a quick responce!! I bought it off of ebay and it is suppose to be new. The temp gauge starts at 50 F to 400 F, I hope that will be ok for a UDS?

Prolly so. 10-15 degrees won't matter... as it'll be a spread of that between racks and position on grates anyway.
