These graters can also be used for nutmeg, root ginger, horseradish (rather you than me
) and apparently parmesan as well :-)
I only ever use mine for garlic.
Clean up is just as simple, you just rinse it under the tap and drip dry or a quick wipe with a teatowel.
I've had this one for about 7 - 8 years. And it works as well today as it did when I got it. The garlic paste produced is finer than you can get by just about any other method. Which gives you a stronger flavour in your food.
No home should be without one in my opinion :-)
