Hope this hasn't been posted before. Its so easy can't believe it hasn't been. Anyway I got tired of throwing out marinade in bowl after I injected meat so as not to contaminate bottle of marinade. So I started putting marinade in glass I could pour from. I take needle off injector unscrew plunger and put finger over needle hole pour marinade in, leaving room to wiggle plunger in and screw cap back on. I point needle hole up push air out put needle back on and inject meat. Then I repeat until I used as much marinade as I need. I pour leftover back in bottle. It goes very fast with no mess at all.

Works well with the plastic types- good idea. Not so much with my metal 8 Oz. with a screw-on plunger top. I take the needle off, suck up the liquid and put the needle back on. As long as yer careful, this will work too. Or alternativly and perhaps better I could get a syringe to FILL my injectorIn God I trust- All others pay cash...Check out the Mad Hunky and products at https://madhunkymeats.com or https://www.facebook.com/MadHunkyMeats

I use a turkey baster (a big bulb syringe) to fill my injector. Works great. No mess or wasted marinade. Easy clean-up, too, I just put it in the dishwasher.MES 30"
