working in new territory here, took me 15 mins to fond the "Hot Off The Grill" section
tonights dinner was high speed, high temp hot of the grill chickens. just like i did in the days of old prior to studying the art of smoking
the weber running true and hot with a mix of royal oak lump and stubbs briquettes
chicken was coated with plowboys bbq yardbird rub

at 150*F the chicken was painted with damn yankee red bbq sauce.

the chicken was pulled at 165*F and served with baked potato, sorry no plate pic's this pirate chaplain was hungry
thanks for checking out my chickens
