Time to road test Bob's BBQ sauce with some glazing & char...... NW (and Erain) style ...... Did not disappoint ...... Thanks Bob for a fantastic sauce and also added a bit on each plate for a dipping option, if desired..... They liked them both ways & said they really like the sauce, both on, & off the little Drumies. .... The Jalapeno salt, shaken on, after cooking, is a great option for those wanting a little more .... Kids and women present, so I didn't push it... Great stuff

    GO SEAHAWKS!

Nice work as usual, Scott. Looks like the sauce caramels up nicely.

Scott, If I were going to market the sauce as a mix, I would need to hire you as my national spokesman! With your cooks, pictures and reviews it would really sell. Thank you for testing and for your input. You are an inspiration here!

                Thanks again,
                Bob

Mmm looks great. Looks like we were smoking wings at the same time. I threw some in with a bb I did yesterday. Injected some with hot sauce and injected some with teriyaki. And it was raining...
