    If you like roasted veggies try carrots and parsnips together, with salt and black pepper. Roasting brings out the natural sugars in them both, very good IMHO.

      Very cool! Home made bacon and burgers... what a combination! I like mine with some crispness, but not too crispy and that method worked for me. The super thin cut works the best for me when using bacon on the smoker. I have adopted using the par-cooked method anytime I have something wrapped in bacon on the smoker... just helps to finish it to mine and my wife's liking.
