  • Tri tip sandwich

Had this little tri tip in the freezer and thought it was just enough for some yummy sandwiches. Marinated the tri tip in soy sauce, worsey, stone ground mustard, and a little siracha sauce. Here it is on the grill.

Next, cooked up some mushrooms and onions with garlic, and some thyme and parsley.

Mixed up mayo, dijon, and horseradish and toasted the kaiser rolls.

Here is the sliced tri tip.

All put together with spinach leaves added.

I could knock one or 2 of them down without a problem I'm sure.
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Kelly stole my line. Twins think alike I guess. Anyway, "that sammie is a thing of beauty", is exactly what I said to Craig when I saw it. That's a points worthy sammie right there!

We even put spinach on our tacos instead of lettuce.
