I didn't want to show you everything in the first couple of years!
I know you folks think I forgot how to cook so took the time to immortalize tonight's dinner. I started by slicing the potato on the apple/potato peeler. Seasoned with CBP and rosemary/garlic seasoning. Stuffed the inside with cheddar cheese, wrapped with bacon, foiled and put on the upper rack of the grill for almost an hour. The steak just got the Canadian Steak Seasoning treatment and grilled til rare.
Had to add some green beans fried up with bacon and mushrooms.

With a name like bassman I would have never figured a great vittles making chef would have come from that name. but, that there plate presentation of vittles is sure to go down as one of the best seen by me so far.
