    Surf & Turf Night - Shrimp, Steak, and Kabobs

    Loaded up the Large Vortex in the Egg w/ Royal Oak and got it goin.


    Cut up a bunch of sweet mini peppers, a green bell pepper,and Zuchinni. Seasoned w/ MH (more than just) Pizza Shake


    Filled up a FireWire. These things are great. Thx Phil/Tanya/Marty


    Next, I cleaned and shelled some shrimp. Used Tatonka Dust and more MH Pizza Shake.



    Got it all placed around the perimeter indirect




    Put a small chunk of pecan over the V for a light smoke


    Next up, I seasoned a prime NY Strip w/ Tatonka Dust and some course Garlic Salt


    Shrimp is done, and I glazed the veggies w/ Yoshidas. Then let the steak come up to about 105 degrees indirect


    Reverse seared. 25 secs, turn, 25 secs, flip.

    Not sure about anyone else, but I can't see any pics.
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

                        He is... I looked at it. I took the IMG tags off, and tried to view one of the pics via the link, it said there were errors.
