  • Hello from Greece

Hello my name is Myron and I found your forum through tapatalk.

I bought a Webber kettle grill about 4 months ago and I entered the world of indirect grilling and smoking. Here in Greece we only grill meat with direct heat and 99% of grills do not have a lid.

I have tried to smoke pork butt two times (the second one was a great success).

I also use my webber for baking pizza and making asian recipes using a wok. I have the grate that has the round opening option and the wok fits perfectly. I have also done some fahitas and of course greek souvlaki.

I also want to try a smoked turkey and a beff brisket sometime soon.;)

Born, raised and currently living in Athens I am working as a network engineer.

Glad to be a member here!
