  • Hello from Northeast Florida

I've been smoking meat for about 4 years now. I started with a CharBroil electric smoker then moved to a Large Big Green Egg which I sold just before Christmas. I still have my BGE MiniMax but I'm back to the CharBroil for most of my smoking now. I generally smoke something about twice a week.

The Charbroil is really too small and I have to cut a rack of ribs or separate the point from the flat on a brisket. I'm hoping to get a pellet smoker sometime soon. I would also like to get a stick burner this year.

I'm here to learn and help out when I can.
