Anyone ever use Lil' Devils pellets?

Found these at Home Depot for about $10 for 25 pounds. Never heard of them and the only other pellets I can find locally are Smokehouse brand. They advertise as a blend of many different flavors and are made in Oregon.

I have 40 lbs of hickory coming with the Yoder and an additional 60 lbs of various Lumberjack pellets coming otherwise but I don't think that 100 lbs will last all that long.

Just trying to find something locally that would be ok. Might be oughta luck though.

Nope...sure of of them Cat's from Oregon can get ya with it! Now that Fish Cat jacks on them folks from Oregon can get in the gig ya askin about...

I've personally never used them. For $10, I would suggest buying a bag and see what you think.

Right you are! I bought a bag and when the Yoder shows up I will give them a try. Who knows, maybe I will wind up wishing that I had bought the whole pallet.

I found some at Bi-mart at end of year sale for 5 or 7 $per bag so bought the last 10 they had. This was a couple yrs ago. They work great and if i want a different flaver i just mix them with other flavors like cherry etc etc.
Just finished some cheese with about 75% lil devil and 25 % hickory. Taste great adn burn nice.

I was able to try these on 2 different occasions. Both times they gave good flavor and were very consistent heat wise on the Yoder. Actually better as far as consistent heat than anything else I have tried.

I did blend in some Lumberjack 100% cherry the last time just to see and the flavor was phenomenal!

There will be more purchased in my future
