New YS 640 Yoder is HERE

Ordered the YS 640 on the standard cart with temp probe fitting and Grilling grates along with half pallet of pellets in Apple and Cherry. It was deliverd on Tuesday and has been calling my name all week.

Tried the seasoning with bacon trick, didn't go so well
Must of had the temp to high and put some of the bacon to far to the left over the fire pot.

Cleaned that up and put some chicken on this morning.

I forgot to adjust the temp from the pre cook so it was at 350

I have the diffuser about 4" in from the right,
Yes I love it already it is a big upgrade from the MES that I have been using for several years.
