Dusted, put on and with my Smokin-It Smoke generator addon to my Traeger... no need to Pre-Smoke at a low temp, right to 325° just like in an oven but with tons of smoke!!!

It was sold FRESH at Aldi's so I grabbed it, and had prefect time to cook and serve for the wife coming home from work... (Plus, I used all my brine on THNXgiving) didn't know I was gonna do another turkey this soon.
