          we may never know... yano with the whiskey drinkin and all... but i sure would like a peak at that one pulled and hear a report on the red sauce slather... sure was looking good.

            I got too sloshed to get a finished pic, but it was real good. Nice tangy bark and not as hot as you might expect.

              Yeah it always surprises me how much heat is lost thru a cook, between the fat rendering and carrying away the capsasin and the other chemical reactions going on.

              Many people have said the MH rub is too spicy when they taste it "raw" but it is quite mild once cooked.
