  • pork sirloin roast

Never smoked a pork sirloin roast but found 3 small porkettas and a roast on sale... took em up to 155 wrapped em put them in the cooler and waited for the Hubs to get home from work.... and waited... turned out great so tender and juicy.. tried some brussel sprouts with a can of cream of mushroom soup, garlic salt pepper and bacon... they are good but could use a little more zip... (if any of you have suggestions) Thanks for looking :)

Re-heat with some juice...if you have any left from the roast. You DID collect some juice, right? Most will place a pan under the meat, or depending place the meat in a pan...keep some moisture in it thru the cook, and make a gravy or use it straight up. Even some light chicken stock will work. Re-heat covered, let rest for a few after hot before serving. Or, make a gravy.

And thank YOU for the order :{)
