Never smoked a pork sirloin roast but found 3 small porkettas and a roast on sale... took em up to 155 wrapped em put them in the cooler and waited for the Hubs to get home from work....
and waited... turned out great so tender and juicy.. tried some brussel sprouts with a can of cream of mushroom soup, garlic salt pepper and bacon... they are good but could use a little more zip... (if any of you have suggestions) Thanks for looking :)
