  • First Tatonka dust pullled pork

I did a couple of butts 2 weeks ago with Tatonka dust from Owens BBQ and I have to say this was the best pulled pork I have ever made and it got raves from my family and friends that were lucky enough to get to eat it thanks, MossyMo for the great seasoning and the AMPS.

Here they are just out of the cooler after about 5 hours of resting in the foil

Mossymo should have a link in his Sig line, owensbbq.com. stuff is amazing on hamburgers and steaks. I'm going to have to try it on a butt sometime.

No. It's been so good on beef and venison, I haven't gave it much thought for pork or chicken. Others have I see.

                    Great looking butt smokingnd.

I've only tried it on beef, venison and fish. I hear more and more about it on pork. Guess I'll have to try it for myself. Oh crap I'm almost out. I might as well break down and buy the 3lb bag and get it over with.
