  • Pork Loin Chops in a Herb & Honey Mustard Butter Sauce

Hi all, I hope you all had a great weekend cooking. I didn't get to get after it Saturday but I was able to today. This one is for the pork chop lovers.

Thick nice boneless pork loin chops slow cooked and basted in a herb & honey mustard butter. Cooked to perfection with a savory exterior and a juicy tender interior. Very simple to prep (20 minutes) and cook time is about 1 hour 20 minutes. Internal meat temp was 145 degrees F when it was pulled from the cooker.

These would also be great on the grill! Oh and they are all gone!

    My Recipe Details

Man you made that look easy. Nice looking Sunday meal. Weather definitely felt like true pacific NW today, and that plate would hit the spot.

Wow, looks delicious Rob. You know, you could use that as a compound butter. Make it in advance, roll it up in a log and put on whatever. Bet it would be great on chicken!
