    Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

    Bradley smoker
    260F till IT of 160 and crisp bacon

    Ingredients

    .1 Pork tenderloin hammered flat
    .Chopped mushrooms
    .Chopped green onions
    .chopped sweet red peppers
    .1 TPS of minced garlic
    .Your choice of cream cheese
    .Cubed smoke cheese of your choice
    .About 12 slices of bacon
    .Dry rub of your choice
