everyone who has tasted this recent pork fresh from the farm has been impressed. Tastes like pork used to tasge before the Tysons, and the others got their corporate hands on it. Going right to the farm as I have done the last couple times makes its cost pretty much the same as store bought stuff was costing me(within a few cents per pound). From Lockport Bubba Berk's wont be too far, pm me and I can give you or any Illinois folks the phone number, address, and any more info.

I will PM you in a bit, been working on my laptop trying to rid it of a Mal ware redirector.

I use to have split a whole pig with a friend of mine and had it butchered out toward Waterman. The last time I was out there on a bike cruise I saw it was all closed up.

Farm fresh is the best, I picked up some buy one get one ribs at the local big name store last week that were a little disappointing. Lately i have been buying ribs from Aldi's when they have them on clearance. They are solution packed but far better than the ones i had last week.

I need to square away my membership at restaurant depot this week as well for another alternative.

Nice cook of that butt. No Berkshire pork around Savannah so I have to just use normal pork. Good job and nice pics.

only 4 of us were eating that 10.5 lb. shoulder so lots of leftovers.

Im thinking some pulled pork tacos(probably topped with a fried egg) for tomorrow night.

de boned wing portion with the drummie removed, and the wing tip left on., stuffed with a ground pork mix. Im gonn smoke some,

also steam and then wok fry some to see which I like best. Kind of an Asian themed recipe.

So far so good with Manny, protecting the batters around him, supposed to get a haircut I guess.
