Smoked a couple of turkey tenderloins on the Weber. Seasoned them with Kinders™ "The Steak Rub" Smoked at around 375° for 45 minutes or so until reached 162°F. Pulled , and rested for a few moments. Served with plank fries and Waldorf™ salad.
