  • Smokey Joe Chicken Thighs

    Took some nice free range chicken thighs, and gave them a shake or three of Fire and Smoke Society's "Coop de Thrill Rub for Chicken and Pork". Threw them on the Weber, and let them do there thing until 180°F. Used a chunk of hickory for some smoke. Quick cook took maybe 30 minutes. Rub is pretty good. Was very black peppery. Also gave a great color with the smoke.

    Chicken thighs are probably my favorite part of the chicken, well maybe tied with wings. But no one else in the house likes them so I'll just have to drool over yours!
