  • 40+ Cloves Garlic and a Chicken

my version anyway.I used chicken leg quarters, they were on sale $0.48/lb. I split the leg and thighs apart and cut of the back bones

Thighs getting a quick sear and half of the garlic cloves warming up in some olive oil in a CI skillet

Seared the legs, added some Knox's Yummy Chicken Seasoning, added the other half of the garlic and let it go for about a hour and a half.

    Chicken resting

Cut up a French Baguette and toasted them on the grill

Plated. I made a sauce for the pasta using some of the olive oil from the skillet I cooked the chicken in, smashed some of the roasted garlic, and added some Parmesan cheese. Turned out really well.

Also made a pot of collard greens with some store bought turkey necks.

Garlic overload! Sounds awesome, though. Just can't go out into public for several days. Lol.

Never heard of that seasoning. Is it salt free too? May have to try this. On a scaled down version for one.
