We make it a couple of times each summer when the basil is prime...
It just gets better snd better esch time i make it.. i just love this. I loved at the carrabas and now i dont even go anymore.. ive cut the lemon juice wsy back.. just a spash i find works best.
I've even done this on steak... so so gooood!!
I did have to buy fresh basil... 2 bucks for a big container... not bad... i fed 10 tonight... everyone loved it too, most importantly the Mrs.
