  • My First Smoked Turkey

I decided to try a smoked turkey this year. Never done one before so I checked out all the threads on smoked turkeys on here and went with brining overnight with Mad Hunky brine then just s&p and M H rub. Then smoked it on the weber. It turned out great, thanks to all the info I get off this site.

Looks great! You must have had a nice light smoke on it as it is light in color. I bet it was excellent. Good job there.
