      Mad Hunky!!!

      Red Eye,

I have to say this.......Mad Hunky Poultry Brine is AMAZING!!!!

Rich is awesome and I just did my first WHOLE turkey with it. Let me tell you....my wife was amazed and so was I! I just placed an order tonight after trying it and I am positive it will be the best "Turkey Day" yet!

      Mike :)

EDIT: The guy that makes Mad Hunky is a member on here. His name is "Richtee" and you should contact him. At some point in time I might try to make my own brine but after trying Rich's poultry brine I am a customer for LIFE.....it really is THAT GOOD!!!

I am not a big briner (family likes stuff on the dry side) butt have used the Mad Hunky brines with good results. Last pork loin I rotisseried I used this for a brine, or close to this, I think

        1 gallon water
        1/2 Cup Kosher salt
        2/3 Cup Brown Sugar

for the time being, Use a 1:1:1 ratio...one gallon of water, one cup of salt, one cup of brown sugar. Then add some flavor agents....garlic, black pepper, thyme, Etc., or whatever your taste buds like. Works great.

But get an order in and then compare.
