    I'll be cooking up 40lbs of whole wings in a couple weeks for Teacher Appreciation. Did it last year using four 22.5 Kettles all Vortex equipped. Wish I had those BGE's so I could spread em out a little more!!!

            Well, I finally found the solution to my Weber 2290 problem. Now I need to find a Vortex in Canada.

              gads I believe this be the 1st time I have seen whole wings on the grill.
              normally they are cut and the tip is missing. I have always made a triangle out of them and cooked them. they all taste good.

                  Don't know yet, but will take your word. Just bought the Weber performer at HD

                  heck of a deal. was on clearance as i understand all HD have them on clearance until gone. 400.00 down to 200.00
                  ordered a med. vortex from Rich last week it will be here tomorrow.
                  maiden voyage will be a 16 lb turkey brined with indirect heat.love the two indirect baskets weber provided I think it will be good. then next voyage will be wings. if they come out better then the lang. that would be good. we shall see.
