  • Buffalo Chicken

This is very similar to what a lot of folks do but it's what was for dinner the other night. It's very simple, some flour with some HAW mixed in and the dredge, run through some beaten eggs along with a tbl of your favorite hot sauce, dredge in some bread crumbs and cook on the grill.

I don't bother to brine these. They're simply breasts cut in to strips and grilled at 400° until 165° internal. They stay moist and tender. I also sprinkle more HAW on when they hit the grill:

When done, then dredge in your favorite bowl of hot sauce. We use Franks because it's easy and we're used to it.

I also ran some fries through the air fryer and figured that the two concepts were kind of similar So, did the same with the fries and sauce. They were good but I think next time, I'd try the dredge before the fryer so they stay crispier longer. However, they were still good. Here's dinner:

Quick, good, easy food when on the go. Kids love this stuff. Thanks for looking.
