  • Carrabba's Chicken Bryan

Was asked to post this up next time I make it so here we go.

    Sauce ingredients.

Seasoned chicken (evoo, salt, pepper, tuscan herbs) and the goat cheese

Sauteed shallot garlic sun dried tomato in butter.

Grilled chicken then added goat cheese. Our family likes a bunch of the goat cheese..

Then finish sauce.. add 2 teaspoon lemon a good 1/3 cup of white wine... reduce take off heat then emulsify with butter.

Then put sauce over chicken and top with fresh basil.

This is a family favorite. Easy and taste is just wonderful. Hope you give it shot!

You know I got points for that

I like to serve it with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. That's how I first had it at Carrabba's...

                  Posted before. Probably Photo-Phucked

I cut divots in potatoes, fill the divot with butter and garlic cloves, wrap in foil and grill em till the potato is done. Smash em up (with the skin) with more butter and chicken stock. usually 3-4 cloves per potato. excellent. The garlic is basically on the outside of the spud and roasts as the potato cooks.
