If you want to add salt, a good starting point would be to add 1 tablespoon to the seasoning mix. remove seeds and stems, break up peppers put in blender. (NO LIQUIDS) blend too a powder add coriander seeds blend to a powder. then blend every thing in an old crisco can are sumtin. I make a quart mason jar. store in root cellar or ice box. we use it on all kinds of thing and vary the peppers and heat levels. some times I put turmeric. a little goes a long way.
- 5 guajillo chile peppers
