    Anyone have a recipe?
    Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
    My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

        Faux Montreal Steak Rub Seasoning Mix - Substitute

        Just the right amount of spiciness. Enjoy!
        4 oz (change servings and units)

        Ingredients
        1 tablespoon cracked black peppercorns
        1 tablespoon white pepper
        1 tablespoon coarse salt
        1 tablespoon garlic powder
        1 1/2 teaspoons mustard seeds (cracked in mortar)
        1 1/2 teaspoons dry oregano
        1 teaspoon ground cumin
        1 teaspoon ground coriander
        1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

        Directions: Rub on meats for grilling.
