REO is a custom spice blender in Huntsville, Texas. They have great spices and some great sausage mixes. Very friendly, family owned operation.

Yeah, we been doin pretty good. Only got 1 GC so far this year. My ribs been killing me. We missed 7 GCs so far this year by 2-3 PTS if the ribs woulda just done something. I got a new recipe I been tweaking that I really like. What you talkin bout Willis, I still cook my comp chicken on that same uds. She has been a good one, just got a new paint job. We got a whole new BBQ trailer. I'm sure it's not as nice as your brother BENTLEYs setup lol. We did a tv show for the travel channel that should air in January. We built our trailer in 2 weeks while they filmed.

My current setup. My old MH an altercation with a gas pump on the way to the royal last year. Once we got back they totaled it out and we got our first diesel pusher. Will never own a gasser ever again.

I'm definitely pro stick burner now. Food just tastes so much better

The uds gets used all the time still

The rib recipe is so much simpler and it's how I like to eat ribs. I think I'm a victim of overthinking my ribs and doing too much

Haven't had much time to really get on forums with my new job, comps my ranch etc, they need to make 36 hr days. I went back to the factory traeger auger motor in my pellet pooper since I was having so much trouble burning them up. I think I have fired the PID Traeger up once in the last 2 years. Still works good. I was actually going to buy a Fec-1000pg but after how they "that bunch" treated me on Pelletheads I will never give any of them business or the time of day. Lol little cry baby Bentley actually went and deleted all of my posts also. Did me a favor though, I way outgrew the knowledge of that forum.

Hope life's treating you well , you still smoking? Got any new play toys since we last spoke?
