I really do enjoy chili's honey chipotle chicken crispers and i am looking the sauce recipe. I have down loaded a couple from the web to try i was just wondering if anyone here has walked this path before me?

Not with sauces, but with some dessert recipes I have. What I have found is your re-do will be better because 1. It isn't filled with lots of crap ingredients, and 2. It will be made in a much smaller quantity with more care.

Honey Chipotle Dip
2/3 cup of honey...I use Tupelo cause it's local
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp chipotle chili pepper

Checking with a buddy on another forum that used to work there and has a few of their recipes in his back pocket.... If I hear from him and he has it I will let you know.
I guess they have recipe cards in case they ever run out of something and then they can make it there. Might be a day or two till he responds back but I will watch.Brian

In case anybody else was following this... here is what was sent. Good luck Hope this is it!! If ya try it let me know how it shakes out!!
3/4 Cup honey
1/3 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/4 Cup pineapple juice
juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
2 Tablespoons white distilled vinegar
2 Teaspoons olive oil
1 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon chipotle
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
Reduce till it gets a NapèBrian
