  • Garlic pepper sauce

A sauce that I have fallen in love with is called pepper plant garlic sauce. I love it on omelettes, eggs, spaghetti and even mozzarella sticks. This sauce is definitely for only garlic lovers

SmokeFreak, one way of using some of those chilies:

Pierce each in the side with a paring knife. Fill a jar with them. Top off the jar with white or white-wine vinegar. Let sit at least two weeks before using the spiced vinegar. It will, by the way, get stronger over time.

An interesting variation: Use Sherry wine instead of vinegar.

Also, if you dry them whole they'll last two days longer than forever. You merely grind them as needed. A great way of creating your own "chili powder" blends.

          Here's a variation...

          2 to 4 cloves garlic
          1 teaspoon salt
          1/2 cup vinegar
          8 Jalapeno/Chili Peppers

Peel garlic and cut the stem off from pepper. Add garlic, peppers and salt into food processor. Chop the peppers until they are roughly ground.

Scoop out the mixture into a jar. Pour the vinegar in. The vinegar should cover the pepper mixture. The chili garlic sauce will thicken over time. You may need to add more vinegar to keep the mixture submerged.

I've done this, and it is excellent!

          Drinks well with others

Made a garlic hot sauce this weekend.. turned out nice...pics to come tonight..

            Cup water
            3/4 cup vinegar
            small Valida onion
            4 baby carrots
heaping tablespoon chopped garlic (as much as it will hold)
thai chillies stems removed... about 30 of them...(cause that is what I had)
            simmer for 25 minutes covered...

If you need to clear your sinus.. stick head over pot at this point and open lid...

Add tablespoon pectin stir in and let sit until cool..
Run through and blender then a fine strainer for a nice and smooth sauce...

Bottle up.. figure it will last about a year if you keep it cold.. but will not last that long...

All of your recipes need MORE GARLIC !

But a garlic pepper sauce is a great idea. Got some friends that are real garlic heads. I make a garlic sausage that'll drop a vampire at half a mile. It's their favourite

Have to start thinking on this now
