  • Easy Brisket Rub

One of the simplest rubs you'll ever find, and its quite good on brisket or chucks. I use it all the time. I am always experimenting, but this rub has been a good standby for over a year now.

    equal parts of all ingedients

    Turbinado sugar
    Kosher salt
    Smoked paprika
    Mild chili powder
    Ground black pepper

I alway rub the beef at least 8 hrs in advance if i can.
