      I like to make up a few jars of assorted pickled stuff, that I call "dumbass" jars. I usually stuff a few habs, or a ghost chili in, and save those for all the dumbasses that say they can handle any pepper I got.....
      Once you go Weber....you never call customer service....

        neat Craiger....... i got a cupla gallon bags of full ripe Jalepenos in the freezer from last year. was just lookin at them the other day thinkin hea self... better do something with them quick... mebe smoke half a them first over the amazin smoker...

        i got a neat setup we take camping etc. 2 burner camp stove with cast iron burners. easily keeps a stock pot or 2 boilin. could do this outside and let the effects waft off into mother nature...

        wouldnt be as mean as the habs but still sounds good eh???
