Game Sausages

Wow. Quiet in here. I now make sausage professionally as a butcher and do 100lb plus a week by hand. And this is a little side job I did for a guy that had a load of moose and venison. Mixed it with pork and made some mild Italian, beer brats and cheddar jalapeno.

Starting up some social media stuff and will be posting photos and videos of my sausage making.
