What kind of casings did you use?
What meat did you use with the mango?
I used the Butcher & Packer Select Hog casings 29/32 mm.... Best casings I have used yet (although Erain reported getting a bad batch of them)
All 3 are ground pork.
The chili-garlic-mango links are crazy good flavorful & this combo also works great with chicken & pineapple in place of mango, etc. The mangos I used are the dried, but have used both dried & fresh pineapple in them. Jalapenos also work & add an extra color, texture & different heat.
The base for the flavor is this stuff
Then add whatever you feel like.... I like the sweet & heat thingy
