    I'm backMy Stepdaughter showed me we had a usb on the back of the computerSo now I can post pics again.I'm an Idiot.Anyway today I made 10# of Brats off of Len Polis site called American Brats.Kinda mild flavored,but the co-workers wives like them so The recipe calls for cream for the slurry.Gives it a nice flavor.Thanks for looking.

    Cream in the slurry???? Who would have thought.. Did you cook them the traditional way and add your beer, onions bath??

        The recipe said to bring a pot of water to boil pull off the heat and put Sausages in for 15-20mins.Said to promote even browning.I have just grilled but might go the Beer and Onion route this time.
