I do like smoked chicken livers wrapped in bacon but you really don't taste the liver in these - just gives it a creamy texture. I'll bet if you used pig liver or cow liver it would be a stringer flavor. Chicken livers are mild tasting that's why I like it for my liverwurst.Smokers:
